Attention to detail & guests
Our hosts were charming and attentive with a great sense of humour. Beautiful place with lovely features everywhere. Two lovely friendly dogs, secure motorcycle parking, great breakfasts beautifully presented. Would recommend.

Geoff and Amanda made our stay at Merlindale far better than we ever could have imagined.We decided to stay here on our wedding night and, wow. The rooms are incredible. Beautifully designed and the bed was huge and so comfortable. 🥰They even made every effort to make sure that the rooms were available early so that my husband, his best man and other guests could get ready for the wedding day there.There was even a beautiful wedding card and orchid waiting for us, and the room was beautifully decorated with some lovely bunting. The homemade gluten free shortbread was a beautiful touch too.Then the breakfast the next morning. Wow! It was absolutely incredible. By far the best breakfast I have ever had anywhere I've stayed.I highly recommend staying here if you're planning to visit the area. ♥️
Motorcycle rides in relaxed luxury
Just a few minutes walk outside of the centre and with garaging for our motorcycles this looked perfect.It did not disappoint. Lovely decor, large comfortable rooms, great breakfasts, secure garage, easy access to town and lovely hosts.We will be back.
